Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Veterinary Sidekick is offered through subscription plans billed either monthly or annually. These options are designed to provide flexibility for individual veterinarians, clinics, and multi-location practices.
- Monthly Subscription: Renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.
- Annual Subscription: Renews automatically every 12 months unless canceled.
All subscription charges are processed at the beginning of the billing cycle.
2. Free Trial Period
Veterinary Sidekick may offer a free trial period, allowing users to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
- Users may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring charges.
- Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, standard cancellation and refund rules apply.
3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings or by contacting our support team.
Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Users retain access to the platform through the end of the current billing cycle.
- Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
4. Refund Policy
General Rule — No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods
Because Veterinary Sidekick provides immediate access to digital tools and AI-driven services, we do not offer refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refunds May Be Considered in Limited Circumstances
Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of Veterinary Automation, LLC under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly billed more than once for the same subscription period.
- Accidental Annual Renewal: If an annual subscription renews and you notify us within 7 days of the charge.
- Service Failure: If a significant, verifiable platform outage prevented normal use for an extended period.
- Compliance or Legal Requirements: If applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction based on expected (but not advertised) features
- Clinic staffing changes or employment transitions
All refund decisions are final.
5. Subscription Management for Clinics
Because Veterinary Sidekick is often used across multiple veterinarians and staff within a clinic, it is the responsibility of the clinic to:
- Maintain accurate subscription counts for all actively using veterinarians
- Deactivate users who leave the practice
- Ensure billing information is current
Refunds will not be provided for unreported staffing changes or unused seats.
